In central Tbilisi, David Petriashvili Stadium is a compact city ground with a local, lived-in feel. It is best known in Georgian domestic football, including Erovnuli Liga matches, where the atmosphere is close to the pitch and easy to read even for a first-time visitor. This is not one of the city’s grand showpiece venues, which is part of the appeal. You come here for a more everyday slice of football in Tbilisi, with straightforward access and a crowd that feels rooted in the neighbourhood.
