Football Finder is operated by FOOTBALL AROUND ME LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 16549858 and registered office at Flat D, 2 Greenland Road, NW1 0AS, London, UK (“Football Around Me”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Football Finder mobile application and related services (together, the Service).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Football Finder helps users discover football matches, stadiums, and related matchday information, including, where available, fixtures, locations, statistics, supporter information, nearby venues, travel-related links, and tools such as wishlists, journals, reviews, and other planning features.

The Service is provided for general information and personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, submit public reviews or other content, or otherwise use interactive features of the Service.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

We may ask for age confirmation where appropriate and may suspend or remove accounts or content if we reasonably believe this age requirement has not been met.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• copy, scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service using automated means except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or related systems;
• upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, accounts, data, or infrastructure;
• use the Service in a way that could damage our reputation or the experience of other users.

We aim to make the information on the Service useful and up to date, but we do not guarantee that any fixture, kick-off time, venue detail, travel information, ticket information, restaurant listing, hotel listing, pub listing, statistics, rivalry description, or any other content will always be accurate, complete, or current.

Match dates, times, venues, availability, travel arrangements, ticketing options, and related details can change at short notice. You should independently verify important details with the relevant club, competition organiser, ticket seller, transport provider, venue, accommodation provider, or other relevant third party before making plans or purchases.

The Service does not guarantee entry to any match, stadium, event, or venue.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Football Around Me does not sell match tickets, travel, accommodation, food, drinks, or other third-party services itself.

Where the Service includes links to third-party providers, those bookings, purchases, reservations, or arrangements are made directly with the relevant third party and are subject to that third party's own terms, policies, pricing, and availability.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, content, availability, or policies of third parties.

Some links on the Service may be affiliate links or commercial partner links. This means we may earn a commission or other benefit if you click on a link or make a booking or purchase through a third party, at no additional cost to you unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any such commercial relationship does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee by us of the third party or its products or services.

If you post, upload, submit, or share content through the Service, including reviews, comments, photos, notes, journal entries, ratings, or other materials (User Content):

• you remain the owner of your User Content;
• you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, moderate, and use that User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and developing the Service;
• you confirm that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or break any law;
• you understand that reviews, ratings, comments, and other content that you choose to submit publicly may be visible to other users and to the public.

You must not submit User Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, obscene, infringing, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

We may review, moderate, remove, refuse to publish, not approve, delay publication of, or restrict User Content, including reviews, at our discretion.

Wishlist, journal, saved matches, attended match tracking, and similar features are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that saved items, history, preferences, or personalised content will always remain available, error-free, or recoverable.

You are responsible for reviewing any information you save or rely on.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content, excluding User Content and third-party materials, belong to us or our licensors. This includes the Football Finder and Football Around Me names, logos, branding, design, text, graphics, software, databases, and other material.

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

The Service may display or link to content, websites, apps, maps, club sites, booking services, transport tools, statistics providers, or other third-party resources.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms and privacy practices.

We may update, change, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, conditions, and other terms that may otherwise apply to the Service, whether express or implied.

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, safety, betting, or travel advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

• £100; or
• the total amount paid by you to us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Football Around Me, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, created risk for us or others, or where required for legal, operational, or security reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Service and, where appropriate, notified to users by reasonable means. By continuing to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except where applicable consumer law allows you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
