Opened in 2002, Lumen Field sits just south of downtown Seattle, close to the waterfront and the stadium district. It is home to Seattle Sounders and Seattle Reign FC, with a loud, compact feel that can make even regular league games sound bigger than they are. You are here for Major League Soccer, NWSL Women, and Leagues Cup, and the place is well known for strong support, sharp sightlines, and a crowd that gets involved early. It is easy to reach from the city centre, and the setting gives you a very Seattle mix of skyline, rail lines, and port-city grit.
