18,000 seats

Home of Vålerenga in eastern Oslo, Intility Arena is a compact modern ground with a local, lived-in feel. It opened in 2017 and holds around 18,000, hosting everything from Eliteserien matches to Toppserien and lower-league games. This is a club with deep roots in the capital, and the crowd can be noisy and close to the action without feeling touristy. From the centre, it is an easy trip into a part of the city that feels more everyday Oslo than postcard Oslo.
