Home of Juventus in Torino, Allianz Stadium is a modern ground with a tight, intense feel and a crowd that stays locked into the game. It opened in 2011 on the site of the old Stadio delle Alpi, in the north-west of the city, and it reflects the club's polished, heavyweight image. Getting there from the centre is straightforward enough with public transport, and matchday has a sharper, more focused mood than the grand old venues elsewhere in Italy.
