Home of FC Augsburg, WWK Arena sits on the southern side of Augsburg and feels close to the club’s modern rise in the Bundesliga. It opened in 2009, so the setting is newer than many German grounds, but matchdays still have that direct, local energy that suits the city. Getting there from the centre is straightforward, and once you arrive the crowd tends to be loud, compact, and properly invested in the game. Expect a solid Bundesliga atmosphere rather than tourist theatre. Find upcoming fixtures, tickets, and everything for a matchday visit below.
