Opened in 1929, Alexandria Stadium is one of the oldest grounds in Egypt, right in the heart of Alexandria. It is used by Al Ittihad and Smouha SC, and it feels tied to the city in a direct, no-frills way, with local support and a strong sense of football tradition. This is not a giant modern arena, the capacity is around 19,676, but that often suits the setting, with the noise close and the occasion feeling properly local. It is also straightforward to reach from central Alexandria, which matters on a busy matchday. Find upcoming fixtures, tickets, and everything for a matchday visit below.
